Windows 10 automatically downloads and installs updates without notifying the user. If you’d like a little more control, head to the advanced Windows Update settings, where you’ll be able to schedule when automatic updates will restart your computer.

Notify_to_update

Follow these simple directions to turn off updates from more than one place

Go to Settings in the Start menu

Search for Update & Security

settings_update_security_2

Under Windows Update, open Advanced Options
